IFMA Atlanta gathered at the CineBistro Brookhaven on March 20th for Business, Bonding, Brains, and Boffo. Thanks to our sponsors. Mrs., Karen Howard of CWC and Darrell Gray of Grays Limousines, the CineBistro Event went off well and a good time was had by all.
A mixer kicked off the event in the CineBistro’s lavish bar, and a good crowd braved the traffic to join us. Our speaker, Bob Patterson was the hit of the night, educating us all with his casual and entertaining style about the function of the human brain. The food and accommodations in the theater were well done and comfortable, and the movie, “Single Mom’s Club”, lived up to it’s “Boffo” billing and kept the crowd laughing and chuckling for the rest of the evening.
We heard lots of positive comments from the sponsors and the attendees as they left, many saying we needed to do it again, some saying they wanted to hear even more from the speaker. Some said even the parking was easy, and they all got out on time!
Thanks to the Associates Committee members, Alison Dawson of Total Plant and Floral, Bob Mathis of Ricoh, Rhoda Washington of Epic Response, Richard Tillison of Maxair, Peter Lynch, and Pamela Rivers of Capital City Mechanical, and Stuart Smith of Flooring Solutions, along with our professional advisor, Darrell Gray of Georgia Tech, an committee chair, Pete Van Cleave of Water for Life for all their hard work on this profitable event for IFMA Atlanta.
