Who: The first 25 end users who register
- Attendee fee is $15/IFMA Atlanta member, $20 for non-members
What: Interface’s new headquarters building – Base Camp – is designed to benefit both employees and the environment. The new 40,000-square-foot building brings together employees previously dispersed among several locations for a more collaborative workplace that promotes work choice.
Targeting LEED v4 Platinum certification, Base Camp uses 48 percent less energy than code-compliant buildings and houses a 15,000 gallon rainwater collection system for flush fixtures. To meet WELL standards, the building incorporates design that encourages movement, wellness and restorative rooms, natural light and nature-inspired features.
