Course Description:  In this presentation, communication expert Rob Langejans will reveal a common communication barrier that can keep us from getting timely results in our everyday work.  Learn what’s really going on in your conversations and then how to raise the level of understanding between you and your listener.  The tips Rob will share will help you communicate clearly to get results at work and even at home!

Rob Langejans, a Haworth member since 2004, is committed to helping people excel. His background includes account management and communications consulting for a private firm where he worked with organizations such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, URS, Herman Miller, Stryker Medical, Steelcase, Clarian Health Partners and Johnson Controls. Since coming to Haworth, Rob has also brought CEU courses to A&D firms across North America with outstanding results.
