Speech Topic – The Essentials of Commercial Contracts
Now more than ever, the use of written contracts is indispensible in business. Mr. Shepherd will cover the philosophical roots of business contract law, the essential legal elements of a contract, the parts involved in drafting a contract and finally, dealing with the breach of contract.

Tom has over fifteen years combined accounting and legal experience and predominantly serves and outside general counsel to middle market businesses and entrepreneurs.
