THIS IS A FACILITY MANAGER ONLY EVENT FOR THE FIRST 30 TO REGISTER
The tour will cover:
- Recent renovation of the Lobby, Office Floors and Conference Center
- Overview of building restack
- Tour presentation will be led by Rusty Misenheimer – Director, Facility Manager at Norfolk Southern.
- Project Designer Idea-Span – will be attending and able to address design related questions
Plan to arrive at Promenade parking deck or Colony Square

DIRECTIONS:
- Norfolk Southern Midtown Office. 1200 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
- If using a GPS System, please use 32 St NE Atlanta, Atlanta Ga. as the address. This address will direct you to the Promenade parking deck. From Promenade parking deck go to level 5 and walk between the buildings towards Peachtree St.
- If parking in Colony Square, walk directly across the street to Norfolk Southern.
A guide will meet you in front of the building and will guide you to the main reception for check in.
