Want to teach at Georgia Tech? We have several slots available for guest lectures in our Professional Trends in Facility Management course. If you have expertise in Construction Project Management, Real Estate, Finances in FM, or Legal Compliance Issues, and want to present a 60-90 minutes presentation to our class, please let me know. Guest lectures should not be commercial, but educational and provide the “real world viewpoint” on the specific topic for both experienced as well as inexperienced FM students.
Currently our students are composed of a wide mix of experienced FM’s in various roles, service providers, international students just learning about FM, and a few students who have come to the program directly from architecture, engineering, building construction or other undergraduate disciplines without work experience. We really focus on the management level knowledge for FM to lead an FM organization/department and provide innovative support to the organizations who employ them. Here’s your chance to become a Georgia Tech instructor, at least for an hour or so. Feel free to contact Professor Kathy Roper for further information or to sign up. [email protected] or 404-385-4139. Thanks.
