The IFMA Atlanta 30th anniversary celebration was held on Thursday, August2, 2012 at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Festivities began at 4:30 pm and lasted until 7:30 pm with live entertainment from our past presidents as they reflected on their past service and what they saw in our future. Also, several of our Sustaining Patrons were interviewed on their experiences with IFMA.
Delicious Hours D’oeuvres and buffet was served by “Affairs to remember” to our 127 registered guests.

We had several gifts donated by our members to mention a few: Mary Chapin Carpenter concert tickets provided by Atlanta Botanical Garden; Springco Crock (with wooden floor stand and 3 5 gallon bottles of Water for Life; beautiful “faux” stained glass recycled window by Joann Cole. The proceeds from the sales of auction items will be used to help deserving facility management students continue their studies. As of date, the Gala shows a net profit of $4500.00.
