- Board Retreat hosted by Milliken Carpet, Chet Bounds
- Guest speaker Larry Biester conducted a “Getting to Synergy” team building exercise for the board members
- Re-engage the Hospitality committee
- Established the Atlanta Networking Group for professional members hosted by Tom Haslach
- Voted by International HQ’s as one of the top ten chapters with the most new members in August 2005.
- IFMA Showcased at a new venue (Puritan Mill) raised over $10,000
- Increased professional membership by more than 10%
- Stewart Smith and Chris Vest attend IFMA’s Leadership Conference in Houston
- Career Services hosted its first annual Comedy Night
- Special Events Committee held 6 events: Happy hour at Joel’s, a cooking class at Insperience, Braves game, Thrashers game, and tour of Atlantic Station.
- International Committee hosted International Speaker, Dr. Friedmann, for November program
- IFMA Fall Classic raised over $12,000
- Over 50 Atlanta Chapter Members attending World Workplace in Philadelphia
- Membership committee hosted two new member orientations
- Presented with International award at San Diego’s WWP for Large Chapter of the Year 2006!
