On January 10, 2024 IFMA Atlanta supported the FMPipeline in running the Facilithon Leadership in Facility Management Contest at Marietta High School.
This provided a unique opportunity for 30+ high school students who are studying construction to learn about the FM Profession and what we get to do as Facility Managers. They also got to test their knowledge of FM related activities through a written quiz, a role play around a scenario and a challenge where they got to think on their feet and respond to the unexpected. And they got to interact with real facility managers through the presentation and question / answer process.
