Join our ongoing study on Navigating the Hybrid Work Landscape: Unveiling
Perspectives of the Aging Workforce.
Are you an active employee aged 50 or above presently navigating, or have you previously
experienced hybrid work? We’re conducting a qualitative research study to delve into the
experiences, challenges, and preferences of individuals like you in hybrid work
environments.
Your Contribution:
By participating in a virtual interview of less than 45 minutes, you’ll contribute to our
exploration of shared perceptions, concerns, and aspirations that transcend individual
differences. Your insights will aid in shaping strategies for fostering an inclusive and
adaptive work environment for the aging workforce.
Please note that full-time professors are excluded from the study due to the flexible
nature of their jobs.
